Specifically designed for agricultural film recycling applications. Efficiently removes grass, sand, and soil contamination from collected agricultural plastic films prior to washing and processing, dramatically improving final product quality.
Used for drying washed PE/PP film after the washing process. The mechanical squeezing action reduces moisture content to just 3–5%, producing dried film ready for direct granulating without additional thermal drying energy.

Our complete plastic recycling machine lines follow a systematic, engineered process that transforms waste plastic into clean, reusable materials with maximum efficiency and minimum waste.
Waste plastic materials are collected, sorted, and fed into the shredding system via conveyor or manual feeding stations designed for continuous operation.
Single or double shaft shredders reduce bulky plastic waste into manageable pieces, followed by grinders/crushers that produce uniform particle sizes for washing.
Hot and cold washing stages remove contamination including labels, adhesives, oils, and organic matter. Density separation removes non-plastic materials.
Mechanical squeezing dryers and/or infrared dryers remove moisture to required levels. Material is then granulated into uniform recycled pellets ready for reuse.
