The Waste Fiber Single Shaft Shredder features a 435mm diameter profiled rotor crafted from solid steel, operating at an efficient speed of 80rpm. The squared rotating knives are precision-mounted in the rotor grooves using specialized knife holders. This design minimizes the cutting gap between the counter knives and the rotor, ensuring a high flow rate, low power consumption, and maximum output of shredded material.
The hydraulically operated ram automatically feeds material into the cutting chamber using load-related controls. The hydraulic system is reinforced with high-pressure valves and volumetric flow controls, adjustable to match the specific requirements of the input material.
Robust pedestal bearing housings are positioned outside the cutting chamber to prevent dust and debris from reaching the oversized bearings, ensuring extended service life and minimal maintenance. Power is transmitted via a drive belt through an oversized gearbox located at the shaft end.
Key Features: ① Stable blade ② Rotary blades ③ Blade roller
The cutting assembly consists of a blade roller, rotary blades, fixed blades, and a sieve screen. The V-rotor design enables universal application, with aggressive material feeding for high throughput. The screen can be easily disassembled and replaced to adjust output particle size.
| Model | Motor Power (KW) | Qty of Rotary Blades | Qty of Stable Blades | Rotary Length (MM) |

Blade sizes are available in 40mm and 50mm. These blades can be turned over multiple times during their lifespan to reduce maintenance costs significantly. The machine is controlled via a Siemens PLC system with a touch display for intuitive operation, and includes built-in overload protection to prevent mechanical damage.
