Processing Steps

Step 1: Heating
The material is heated to a preset temperature using infrared lamps with low drum rotation speed to ensure rapid temperature elevation.

Step 2: Drying
Once the target temperature is reached, the drum rotation speed increases to prevent clumping. Infrared lamp power is adjusted for optimal drying. Process typically completes in 15-20 minutes.

Step 3: Discharge & Refill
The IR Drum automatically discharges the material and refills for the next cycle. Parameters are managed via a touch screen control system and can be saved as recipes.
