The system utilizes infrared lamps to elevate PET pellet temperatures to the target setting efficiently by maintaining a controlled, slower drum rotation speed.
>> Phase 2: Drying & CrystallizationOnce the target temperature is reached, drum speed increases to prevent material clumping while infrared power is optimized to complete the drying cycle within 15-20 minutes.
>> Phase 3: Automated DischargeThe IR drum automatically discharges material and refills for the next cycle. Parameters and temperature profiles are fully managed via the touch screen control, allowing for the storage of material-specific recipes.
